# Support

> How to reach the people behind invisit about your account, billing, tracking, the API or an AI assistant, and where to report a security issue.

Source: https://invisit.dev/docs/getting-started/support

Write to **[help@invisit.dev](mailto:help@invisit.dev)**. A person reads every message. Say which
site and workspace it is about, and for a tracking question the page address you tested; never
send a password, an API key or a personal token.

## Before you write

- **Nothing arrives in the dashboard.** The [quickstart](https://invisit.dev/docs/getting-started/quickstart.md) checks
the snippet step by step, and **Settings → Installation** shows whether the site is receiving
  events.
- **Plans and invoices.** [Billing](https://invisit.dev/docs/guides/billing.md) covers changing and canceling a plan; the
workspace's **Billing** tab lists every charge with its PDF invoice.
- **Members and roles.** [Workspaces](https://invisit.dev/docs/guides/workspaces.md).
- **The REST API.** [REST API](https://invisit.dev/docs/api/rest.md), with the full reference at
  [api.invisit.dev/openapi](https://api.invisit.dev/openapi).

## AI assistants (MCP)

invisit connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP clients; [MCP](https://invisit.dev/docs/api/mcp.md) covers
setup and every tool.

- **The assistant says it lacks access.** The connection was granted read, write or manage when you
connected. Disconnect it under **Account → Connected apps** and connect again with the access you
  want.
- **It stopped working after a while.** Remove the connection in the assistant and add it again;
  signing in renews it.
- **Remove an assistant's access.** **Account → Connected apps** revokes a connection at once.

## Security and privacy

- Security issues: **[security@invisit.dev](mailto:security@invisit.dev)**.
- Personal data and data requests: **[privacy@invisit.dev](mailto:privacy@invisit.dev)**, as the
  [privacy policy](/legal/privacy) describes.
