invisit is priced by events a month. Every paid plan has every feature; the plans differ only in how many events they include. A year paid up front costs 9 months' price.

## Questions

### What counts as an event?

What visitors do: page views, custom events (including the outbound link clicks and file downloads the tracker records on its own), conversions, and short-link clicks that reached a destination. Bots and crawlers, web vitals, engagement pings, heatmap clicks and feedback messages are free. Usage counts per calendar month, in UTC.

### What happens if I go over?

At 80% you get a heads-up. The first month you go over, everything is still recorded. If you go over again the next month, new events pause once you reach the limit until you upgrade or the month turns. Your visitors' pages never notice, and short links always keep redirecting.

### How does the free trial work?

14 days of every paid feature with room for 100K events, and no card. You start it from the workspace’s Billing tab when you’re ready; when it ends, the workspace goes back to Free without losing anything.

### Is the free plan per workspace?

It’s yours: 20K events, 4 sites and 10 links a month, shared by the free workspaces you own. Workspaces you’re only a member of don’t count against you.

### Can I change plans or cancel?

Upgrades apply right away and charge the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations wait for the end of what you paid for, and a cancellation can be undone until then. Going back to Free never deletes anything.

### Is there a student discount?

Yes: 50% off any paid plan for your first 12 months, monthly or yearly. Email help@invisit.dev from your school address (.edu, .ac.uk, .edu.tr and the like) and we’ll reply with a personal code for checkout.
