Every Monday morning, in your own time zone, invisit mails what changed on your sites the week before: the visits, the biggest changes and where they came from. It is on every plan.
Who gets it
Owners and members of a workspace with at least one active site. Viewers don’t, because they are often clients of the people running the site. Everyone gets one mail, whatever the number of sites.
No mail goes out when none of your sites had a visit in the last two weeks, or after eight weeks without opening invisit.
What it says
- One site: the week’s figures and up to three changes worth knowing, such as a source that sent more visits, a query that climbed on Google, a page newly used in AI answers, or pages that took longer to load.
- Several sites: the total, then a line for each site, the ones that moved first.
- A site that went quiet: if a site stops sending data, the report says so and points at the installation.
- Few visits: under 100 visits a week, percentages are mostly noise, so the report shows counts only.
Revenue by source appears on paid plans, when a payment provider is connected.
Turn it off
Use the Unsubscribe link at the end of any report, or your inbox’s own unsubscribe button. Either takes one click and needs no sign-in. To turn it back on, or off from the dashboard, go to Account › Profile › Weekly report.
Sign-in, billing and usage mail keeps coming either way.
