Terms of Service

Effective

These terms are the agreement between you and Muhammed Miraç Berk, an individual based in Ankara, Türkiye (“invisit”, “we”, “us”) for the use of invisit: the website at invisit.dev, the dashboard, the tracker and SDKs, the API and MCP server, and the short-link service on invisit.cc and on custom domains (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where you process personal data of people in the EU, UK or Switzerland through the Service, the Data Processing Agreement. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

1. Who can use invisit

The Service is built for businesses, developers and people running websites. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from it under applicable law, including sanctions laws.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You sign up with an email and password, with Google or with GitHub. Keep your credentials and API keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. Tell us at help@invisit.dev if you think your account has been compromised.

Sites, links and billing belong to workspaces. Each workspace has exactly one owner, who controls members, billing, ownership and deletion. Owners can invite people as members or viewers and are responsible for who they let in and for what those people do there. The owner of a workspace is the customer for everything in it, including when someone else pays for it.

3. Plans, trials and payment

Plans. invisit offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Current limits and prices are on the pricing page. The rules on what counts as an event, usage limits and what happens past them form part of these terms as published on that page and in our documentation.

The Free plan is a personal allowance shared by every free workspace you own; creating more workspaces does not create more allowance. Free sites that receive no events for about six months may be deleted, together with their data, after we have emailed the owner twice (first after five months, then 7 days before deletion). Paid workspaces’ sites are never deleted for inactivity.

Free trial. Each account and each workspace can have one 14-day trial of paid features. No card is needed. When it ends the workspace returns to the Free plan.

Payment. Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”). Polar processes the payment, charges applicable taxes, issues invoices and receipts and is the seller on your invoice; its own terms apply to the purchase. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the workspace’s Billing tab; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and can be resumed until then.

Changes of plan. Upgrades apply at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged at that time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused events or downgrades, except where these terms say otherwise or where the law requires it. Duplicate payments for the same workspace are refunded automatically.

Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell workspace owners at least 30 days before a change affects their renewal; continuing past that renewal means accepting the new price.

Consumers. The Service is offered for business purposes. If you are nonetheless a consumer under the laws where you live, any mandatory consumer rights you have (including a right of withdrawal) are not affected by these terms. By starting a paid plan you ask for the Service to begin immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, the right of withdrawal ends once the Service has been fully provided for the period.

4. Usage limits

Each plan has a monthly event allowance, counted per calendar month in UTC. When a workspace goes past its limit the first time, we keep recording for the rest of that month. If it goes past again in a following month, new events stop being recorded until you upgrade or the month turns. Your visitors’ websites keep working either way, and short links always keep redirecting.

Crawler and bot traffic is recorded free of charge within a fair-use level. Beyond that level, we may stop recording crawler hits until the next month. We may also rate-limit or reject traffic that threatens the stability of the Service.

5. Your data and your visitors

Your Customer Data. Everything you or your visitors send to the Service under your account (analytics events, link clicks, feedback, revenue data from providers you connect, site and link settings) is “Customer Data”. You own it. You give us the rights we need to host, process, transmit and display it in order to run, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

Aggregated statistics. We may compile aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the Service is used (for example, total event volumes or how many sites use a feature) to run and improve it. These never identify you, your sites or your visitors.

Your responsibilities. You are the controller of the personal data of your visitors. You are responsible for:

Data Processing Agreement. Where you process personal data subject to the GDPR, UK GDPR or Swiss data protection law through the Service, the DPA is incorporated into these terms and applies without needing a signature.

Retention. Analytics data is kept for as long as the site exists on every plan. Deleting a site deletes its analytics; deleting a workspace deletes all of its sites; you can export data before you do.

You may create short links on our shared domain (invisit.cc) and, on paid plans, on domains you own. You are responsible for every destination you link to. Links must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We scan destinations against public threat feeds and may disable, redirect to a warning page, or delete any link that points to malware, phishing, scams or other prohibited content, with or without notice.

For a custom domain, you confirm you control it and that pointing it at the Service does not infringe anyone’s rights. We issue and renew TLS certificates for it through our infrastructure provider. If the domain stops pointing to us or you leave the Service, links on it stop working.

7. Public dashboards, exports, API and MCP

You can share dashboards publicly. Anything you make public is visible to anyone with the link and you are responsible for choosing what to share. Dashboards shared on the Free plan show an invisit watermark.

The API and MCP server are part of the Service and covered by these terms. AI assistants you connect act on your behalf with the access you grant them; you are responsible for what they do with it. Do not use the API in a way that circumvents limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.

8. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not let anyone else, use the Service in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaches can lead to suspension or termination under section 11.

9. Our property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. The tracker and SDKs are published under their own open-source licences, which apply to that code.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Availability, changes and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level agreement unless we have agreed one with you in writing. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features. If we remove a material paid feature, we will tell affected owners in advance and, if they ask within 30 days, refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Support is by email at help@invisit.dev.

11. Suspension and termination

By you. You can delete your account, a workspace or a site at any time from the dashboard. Deleting the last workspace you own cancels its subscription at the end of the period.

By us. We may suspend or end your access, in whole or in part, if:

What happens to your data. When a site, workspace or account is deleted, the Customer Data in it is deleted from our live systems. Residual copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. You can export data before deleting. Sections 5 (Aggregated statistics), 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of data. Analytics are measurements and estimates: ad blockers, privacy settings, bots and network conditions mean no tool counts every visit, and you should not rely on the Service as your sole record for financial, legal or contractual decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to your obligations under section 14, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the costs and damages that result from them, arising from your Customer Data, your links and their destinations, your custom domains, or your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defence, provided you do not settle it in a way that admits fault on our part without our consent.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes apply; for paid plans you may ask for a refund of the unused part of a prepaid period in that case.

16. General

Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts where they live, and either party may seek urgent injunctive relief anywhere.

Entire agreement. These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the DPA and any order or plan terms shown at checkout are the whole agreement between us on the Service.

Assignment. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, with notice to you.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Severability and waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to legal@invisit.dev.

Language. These terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience; the English version prevails.
